The Neurodivergent Women’s Business Collective (NDWBC).
NDWBC is a group for neurodivergent women seeking connection, collaboration, and support as they navigate self-employment.
Many neurodivergent women are self-employed, whether by choice or necessity. Self-employment allows us to honor the needs of our bodies, our energies, and our families. But it can also be overwhelming and isolating, and our neurodivergence often presents barriers that make traditional business advice inaccessible or unsustainable.
NDWBC is a space for women to share knowledge, resources, and community, and to support one another on our self-employment journeys.
Currently, the community is hosted on Reddit. The group is kept private to facilitate the comfort of our members.
Membership is open to all neurodivergent women, including members of marginalized gender identities, regardless of diagnosis status.

What we offer
Our community values are:
Authenticity; no masking required.
Sustainable growth that honors our energy.
Collective interdependence and mutual aid; when one of us wins, we all win.
We are not a forum for the advertisement of theoretical business services, excessive self-promotion, or marketing funnels.
What we value
I started the Neurodivergent Women’s Business Collective because it is a community that I need.
Soon after starting Authentic Voice Editorial, I realized that I couldn’t do it alone, and that I was craving the connection, support, and community of other self-employed neurodivergent women.
At the same time, I saw so many posts on social media from women struggling with the same challenges that I face every day. I started NDWBC to create a space for us to connect with and support one another, and to hopefully make all our lives a tiny bit richer, fuller, and easier in the process.
