Free virtual body doubling.
Join us for free, 90-minute virtual body doubling sessions every Monday at 9:30 CET, and Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 CET.
These groups are judgement-free, queer and neuro-affirming spaces where you can work independently on whatever tasks you want to focus on that day.
Whether you need help with accountability, task initiation, or staying focused, these groups were created to support the needs of neurodivergent brains like yours. I hope you’ll join us and find inspiration in a mutually supportive group of neurodivergent creatives.
Conquer task initiation paralysis, share your executive load, and build community with virtual body doubling.
These groups are hosted by me, Rachel Porter (she/her), a neurodivergent editor and writer. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for neurodivergent creatives to pursue their passions and accomplish their goals.

Each session begins with a 15 minute check in, to share what we’re working on and any challenges we’re facing.
Then, we get to work on our individual projects with 50 minutes of working time. Microphones are muted during this time, but the chat will be open for questions or support.
Halfway through we have a 5-10 minute break, when I remind to you stretch, drink water, and grab a snack. If you’d like to keep working through the break, that’s okay too.
Finally, we have a 10 minute wrap up to share progress, reflections, and to celebrate each other’s efforts.
Sharing is always optional, but we hope that you do!

Of course! Participants are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.

Yes! I created these groups because I need this dedicated time for my own business, admin, and writing tasks. Holding this space for you helps to create external structure for myself, so it’s a win-win!
Let’s create the things we wish existed and support each other in the process.
